Registration is not required to attend Atlanticade.

However, if you wish to participate in Atlanticade events (ie: Treasure Hunt, Parade of Iron Horses, Passport Program, Guided Regional Tours, etc.) you are required to complete this event information/waiver.

WAIVER/RELEASE AGREEMENT

I hereby give up all my rights to sue or make any claim for damages due to negligence or any other reason whatsoever against Atlanticade, its organizers, and/or major stakeholders, sponsors and all other persons, participants or organizations conducting business with, or connected with, this event for any injury to property or person I may suffer, including but not limited to crippling, injury or death, while participating in the event, or while I am on the event premises.
I know the risks of danger to myself and my property while preparing for and participating in the event and while on the event premises, and relying upon my own judgment and ability, assume all such risks of loss and hereby agree to reimburse all costs to those persons or organizations connected with this event for damages incurred as a result of my negligence.  As a motorcycle driver, I also possess a valid motorcycle driving license.
